We want you and your little one to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain nursery essentials must remain in sealed condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Babyletto branding boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and the return slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
